I have recently relocated to Durham. I wanted to integrate well with my new city, so I went looking for the fun things that people are doing.
So far, the coolest thing I’ve found is Night School Bar, which is pretty much what it says on the tin. It’s for adults who want to keep learning, and meet others who feel the same. It’s a bar, much like any other, except you can sign up for classes in the arts and humanities!
I started with a free one-session class to talk about Social Reproduction Theory, and then I signed up to take a film class on creature features. So fun!
